Devilled Kidneys - Braised Kidneys cooked in a light curry sauce, served with Melba Toast.
Blackpudding Fritters -   Blackpudding coated in a light beer batter and deep fried,  served on a Beetroot & Horseraddish Sauce.
Gnocchi in Stilton Cheese Sauce - Hot Potato Dumplings baked in a Stilton Cheese Sauce.
Pan Fired Chicken Livers - Sautéed Chicken Livers topped with a wholegrain mustard cream sauce,  presented on a bed of saffron rice.
Strawberry Salad with Bresola & Mozzarella - Slices of Strawberries and Mozzarella tossed in Olive Oil,  garnished with Bresola and Drizzled with Balsamic Syrup.
Chef's Soup of the Day or Refreshing Sorbet

Main courses

Chicken with Stilton - Chicken breast pan seared with shallots,  braised in white wine finished with cream,  topped with crumbled Stilton.
Fillet of Welsh Beef Royal - Medallion of seared Welsh Fillet Steak deglazed with White wine,   Sautéd Mushrooms,  Finished with Fresh Tarragon & Cream.
Minted Welsh Loin of Lamb - Pan Seared Loin of Welsh Lamb served as medallions on a base of Minted Natural Yoghurt & Freshly squeezed Lemon
Pea & Parmesan Rissotto - Braised Arborio Rice combined with Pea’s,  Red Peppers and Fresh Parsley,  topped with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
Plaice Bon Femme - Fresh Filleted whole place grilled, served with a Mushroom & Onion cream sauce,  garnished with chopped parsley & Lemon.
